Please read before booking. You’ll be asked to confirm at checkout.

  • Supervision: Children remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian at all times.
  • Safe Play: Follow posted rules; socks are required in play areas.
  • Assumption of Risk: Soft play involves physical activity; minor bumps may occur.
  • Liability: Kidz Nest is not responsible for injuries except in cases of proven negligence.

How long are play sessions?

Standard sessions are 90 minutes. Parties are 2 hours.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes — use your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel. Please give 24 hours’ notice where possible.

What about allergies and dietary needs?

Please list all allergies at checkout. We offer alternatives where possible for party food.
